Getting started

• Create your account. Open the app and tap "Create an account" to set up your church or organization, then add your stations and menu (Admin → Quick Setup helps you do this fast).
• Add your team. In Admin → Staff, generate an invite code and share it. Staff enter it when they create their login and get an Admin or Cashier role.
• Take orders. Use the Point of Sale screen on any iPad or iPhone.

Printing

Printing is optional — the Kitchen and Pickup screens work fully on an iPad with no printer. If you do use printers, the app supports Epson network printers (ePOS) and generic 80mm network printers (ESC/POS). Each station can use a printer or an on-screen display, and you can mix them.

Online ordering

In Admin → Online Ordering Link you'll find a QR code and link customers can use to order ahead and pay cash at your window. Online orders appear on the Unpaid Orders screen.

Account & data

Each organization's data is private and separate. You can delete your account at any time from Home → Account → Delete my account. See our Privacy Policy.
